The BatNode is a lightweight, portable mesh radio designed for fast deployment in underground environments. With no setup required beyond switching it on, the BatNode instantly connects to nearby units, forming a robust, self-healing ad-hoc network.
Ideal for mining or rescue missions, BatNode supports reliable voice and data transmission—even as nodes are added or removed. It activates within 10 seconds and can run continuously for up to 5 days on a full charge. The optional base station monitors battery levels across all active nodes.
